Rise Up Studios Spring 2022 Dance Registration Form
Please fill out the form completely. The $100 class tuition is due on or before the first class. Payment can be made in advance through Venmo (@Rodney-Neal-4) or by cash or check (Rise Up Performing Arts) at the first class.

The Spring 2022 session runs for five weeks beginning May 4th - June 1st.
Introduction to Tap is held Wednesdays from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm.
Intermediate Tap is held Wednesdays from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Musical Theatre Movement is held Saturdays from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. (Beginning May 7th - June 4th)
