This is for LEHI RESIDENTS ONLY.  Please fill out this form for each child attending. Eligible students must be 4 years old by September 1, 2021.  Classes are 2 hours twice a week. The Fall/Winter Session begins August 30, 2021 and runs through December 16, 2021.
Students may only attend the Morning ABC Program for one session.
