Dart 15 2024 Nationals Entry Form
The Dart 15 2024 Nationals take place at Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th June.  All entries must be submitted in advance with a discount for entries received by midnight on Friday 24th May.  Final entries close on Tuesday 4th June at 5pm.  Please complete the entry form below.  You will then receive a confirmation email with details on submitting your entry payment via BACS.  We look forward to seeing you there!

I agree to be bound by the World Sailing, RYA Rules, the Dart 15 Association Rules and the Sailing Instructions. I am a fully paid up member of the Dart 15 Association. I agree that myself and my crew will wear adequate personal buoyancy at all times when afloat (I understand that wet suits and dry suits are not deemed to be adequate personal buoyancy), and I understand that failure to do so will lead to disqualification. In particular I have read the section headed ‘Risk Statement’ of the Notice of Race and confirm that I agree to its provisions and that my boat will conform to its requirements throughout the event.   I hold valid insurance cover for a minimum of £3m in any one accident. *

Photographs will be taken during the event which will include competitors and their boats.  These will be published during and after the event – along with race results – through Class Association official channels (our website, Facebook page and twitter account and submitted to Yachts & Yachting).  We have no control over other websites or social media (whether officially linked to the Class or not) and cannot take responsibility for what appears on them, including re-posts of items from our official channels.   Please indicate below whether you consent to the Class Association publicising pictures of you or your crew on this basis. *
I agree and acknowledge that myself, my crew and any guests are responsible for complying with any rules or requirements set out by WPNSA or the Dart 15 Association during the event. Failure to comply with the requirements of these restrictions may lead to expulsion from the event. *

Entry Fees are as follows:
£150 Discounted Entry - if received by midnight Friday 24th May
£175 Entry - if received between Saturday 25th May and 5pm Tuesday 4th June
- £20 if you are an Association Member AND this is your first Nationals
- £50 if the Helm is age 18 or under at 7th June 2024
+ £15 for each additional SATURDAY evening meal ticket
+ £15 for each additional SUNDAY evening meal ticket
+ £20 per Rugby Shirt
