Your child must have a current sports physical dated after April,15 of 2022to participate. Bring a COPY of your physical to your first practice.  Do not bring the original. Your child will not be able to participate in any Jr. Vikings activities, including practice without a sports physical. Do not give us the original, if your child plays other sports he will need it. Most doctors will do a sports physical as part of your child's yearly "well child" check up for free. Consult your physician.
As a parent, both you and your child must read and agree to follow the Grayling Jr. Vikings code of conduct. You acknowledge that your child must follow all rules and regulations of the AYF, MHSAA, Crawford Ausable School District and any other accredited affiliates.  The following forms must be printed, signed and returned to the first practice along with a copy of your child's physical. *

The fee for Tackle football for the Fall 2022 Season will be $75. The fee for cheerleading will be $50.  An additional fee of $50 will apply for registrations after June  30.  Cash payments can be made at the first practice. Payment arrangements must be made by the first practice for your child to participate. If you need financial assistance please contact us via facebook. A limited number of scholarships are available.
