This year, we partnered with the Journal of Computational Biology to publish a special issue ofCNB-MAC papers. In the past, CNB-MAC issues have appeared in BMC Genomics, BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Systems Biology (now not in press), and IET Systems Biology. Do you have any thoughts or preferences about the journal for the special issue?
