SDMCET Alumni Association is arranging MEGA ALUMNI MEET on Saturday, 16-Dec-2023 & Sunday 17-Dec-2023 at SDMCET campus, Dharwad. Further, a Gala Dinner is planned on Saturday, 16-Dec-2023 at Dharwad at specified location. SDMCET Alumni Association request you to kindly block your calendar for this meet, and come and revive all your old memories and friendship in the serene climate of Dharwad

Registration charges would be following:
  1. ₹ 2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Indian Rupee only) per person - Welcome Kit, Lunch and Gala Dinner (Accompanying family member if any then additional ₹ 1,500.00 per person that includes Lunch and Gala Dinner)
  2. ₹ 3,500.00 (Three Thousand Five Hundred Indian Rupee only) per person - Welcome Kit, Lunch and Gala Dinner + Non AC Accommodation on sharing basis (Check-in Saturday,16th Dec between 8 to 9 AM & Check-out on Sunday 17th Dec between 8 to 9 AM)
  3. ₹ 4,000.00 (Four Thousand Indian Rupee only) per person - Welcome Kit, Lunch and Gala Dinner + AC Accommodation on sharing basis.(Check-in Saturday. 16th Dec between 8 to 9 AM & Check-out on Sunday 17th Dec between 8 to 9 AM)
  4. ₹ 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Indian Rupee only) per person - Welcome Kit, Lunch and Gala Dinner + AC Individual Accommodation.  (Check-in Saturday, 16th Dec between 8 to 9 AM & Check-out on Sunday, 17th Dec between 8 to 9 AM)
 NOTE: Incase your Check-in & Check Out time exceed you may have to bear the charges accordingly and keep us prior intimation if need so
