The Festive Night Market - Call For Volunteers
Its the most wonderful time of the year - when we celebrate the festive season.  The BSB is holding its first ever Festive Night Market and we would love for you to be part of it. For this event to be a success we need many volunteers. We need volunteers to lead on certain aspects of the event and volunteers to be part of the teams. Kindly consider either option. Below you will find the positions we need with a brief description.

Volunteer Coordinator - communicate with the current volunteers and find new volunteers. Allocate the volunteers for the event, leading up to and on the day.
Market Place - oversee the vendors that make up  our market place. Manage the bookings, payments and layout of the market place.

Entrance Ticket Sales Coordinator - facilitate the sales of the Entrance tickets pre-event and on the day of the event. You will be responsible for liaising with the Volunteer Coordinator, the Event Treasurer and the volunteers schedule and for keeping records of the ticket sales.
Volunteers are also needed to help this event run smoothly, please join this team of parents who love to help make the school better for the children - we need you! This will not be possible without your help.
