Greenbriar PTO Room Parent Interest 2023-2024
Please complete this form if you are interested in being a room parent for your child's classroom for the 2023-2024 school year.  Room Parents will be selected randomly and contacted in August with assignments.

What can I expect when I volunteer to be a Room Parent at Greenbriar?
The most important part of a room parent’s job is communicating with the parents in your child’s classroom throughout the year.  Room parents attend Curriculum Night, collect parent contact information, and share PTO news.  Room parents are also responsible for organizing parent volunteers for class parties (Halloween Party, Winter Party, and Valentine’s Day Party).  Room parents have the option to collect money for a group gift for the classroom teacher and teacher's assistant before winter break and at the end of the school year.  You are the liaison between the teacher and the students' parents in the classroom.
