Elizabethtown Independent Schools will be offering a virtual option for K-5 students.  This is only for K-5 students with extenuating hardship circumstances.  This application for submission into the virtual program for 21/22 requires superintendent approval.  The virtual platform will consist of live, synchronous instruction provided by a certified teacher in our district in correlation with the school's master schedule for in-person instruction.  This application requests general information as well as assurances and commitments understood and agreed upon by the parent/guardian and is open from May 17th-28th.  Once this application is submitted, it will go to our superintendent to determine if the application is approved or not.  The district has a K-5 virtual plan outlined that includes details about the program, criteria for submission, expectations for all stakeholders, criteria to remain in the program, and student services and program information.
