JEES APPLAUSE AWARD Nomination Form
The Jane Edwards Applause Award is a weekly recognition of a staff member who has an extraordinary accomplishment and/or gone above and beyond their daily job responsibilities in service to Jane Edwards Elementary. 

1. Nominations will be accepted from staff members, students, parents, and community members. 
2. The MTSS team will review nominations on Mondays to determine the recipient for the weekly award. 
3. The recipient will be announced on Monday. He or she will have an award posteded outside their classroom/work area.
