Note: If we already have a contact info form on file for you and you have not received an invitation to our Nov - Dec meetups, please send us an email! This form is for people who do not yet have a contact info form on file.
Sign-Up in 5 Easy Steps
2. Contact Info:
Please
fill out our
BASIC CONTACT INFO FORM BEFORE filling out this one. (We will also ask you to fill out a more in-depth paper contact info form on the day of the meetup.)
3. Session Sign-Up: Once
you have filled out that form please come back to fill out this one! We
need the information from BOTH forms in order to sign your child(ren)
up for a session.
If for any reason you find out you cannot attend, please let us know ASAP, since we may have a waiting list for that session.
4. Confirmation:
Once we have received your form submissions, our team will process them
by hand, add your kids to our sign-up lists, and send you an email
confirmation. (Please be patient, this may take a day or two.) If a session is full,
we will let you know that you are on the waiting list.
5. Payment:
You can find our Paypal and bank account information on our FAQ page.
When you transfer money, please include the word "Spende" and the
name(s) of your child(ren).
