All 8th grade families need to fill out this form to indicate if they are purchasing or borrowing a gown. If you would like to borrow a graduation gown for the June 10, 2022 promotion ceremony we need this form completed by May 27, 2022. There are plenty of gowns for students who wish to borrow. Gowns will be distributed at school graduation week. If you have purchased a gown, please indicate you have done so on this form.
