Administrative/Technology Committee: This committee continuously maintains, and updates contact information of FCGOP precinct chairs and volunteers. The committee performs data entry of contact information gathered from petitions, voter registration forms, and any other event. This committee reports to the FCGOP Secretary.

Communications Committee: This committee is responsible for communications to the public at large, regarding FCGOP events, positions, platform, candidate information, press releases and disseminates columns and editorials to the media for publication. This committee will be responsible for updating social media, NationBuilder, maintenance of the webpage and production and distribution of the newsletter. This committee reports to the FCGOP Secretary.

Convention Committee: This committee plans and executes all logistics for the annual FCGOP convention. This committee reports to the FCGOP Secretary.

Election Day Operations Committee: This committee recruits, organizes and schedules volunteers to work at early voting sites and polling precincts on election day. This includes recruiting greeters, poll observers and judges. They will work in conjunction with the Precinct Organization committee to assure complete coverage during the election season. This committee reports to the FCGOP Secretary.

Fundraising and Events Committee: This committee organizes small to medium scale fundraising events, special functions, festivals, fairs rallies, dinners, parades, picnics, and other social/fundraising events. This committee reports to the FCGOP Treasurer.

Government Watch Committee: This committee organizes individuals to attend and/or monitor local government meetings, such as the school board, the city council, the county commissioners and the local board of elections. They are also responsible for establishing a working relationship with the members of these boards. The committee members will keep the public informed of government activities. This committee reports to the FCGOP Vice Chair.

Legal Team: This committee addresses all legal matters concerning the FCGOP. This committee also works with the Election Day Operations and Voter Integrity Committees. This committee reports to the FCGOP Chairman.

Liaisons to Elected Officials Committee: This committee is responsible for communicating with Republican municipal elected officials in order to provide assistance and to assure them of our support and desire to have them participate in the activities of the FCGOP Executive Committee. This committee reports to the FCGOP Chair.

Precinct Organization Committee: This committee recruits, trains, and organizes volunteers, within precincts, to assist with elections through the elected Precinct Officers. They will maintain an effective organization in each precinct in the county. The volunteers will work as precinct officials, greeters, observers, and help get out the vote. This committee reports to the FCGOP Vice-Chairman.

Target Outreach Committee: This committee will identify opportunities to expand our message among voters in non-traditional neighborhoods as well as work with the Voter Registration Committee to identify opportunities to increase voter registration. This committee reports to the FCGOP Secretary.

Voter Integrity Committee: This committee focuses specifically on the local and state Board of Elections assure compliance with voter election laws to help maintain the security and integrity of elections, work in tandem with the Government Watch Committee and helps with hands-on training of polling official. This committee reports to the FCGOP Chairman.

Voter Registration Committee: This committee is responsible for identifying opportunities for and methods of increasing registered Republicans by organizing voter registration at county events. This committee reports to the FCGOP Vice-Chair.
