Continue development of outreach plans to promote hybrid education across the county to increase the diversity of our overall student population.
Continue to seek opportunities for students to develop interpersonal skills by having events aimed at inclusion.
Strengthen partnerships with SDUSD college and career department.
Revising the physical education curriculum
Incorporating Leader In Me and digital citizenship into the content curriculum.
Teachers must continue integrating technology into their courses to differentiate instruction and assess student learning.
More career exploration and opportunities for internships.
Engage parents of students in K-8 and the high schoolers on the D and F list who are struggling.
Additional structured opportunities for students to work together on projects outside of class time on campus, including some kind of system for students to be able to communicate outside of class time for group projects.
Continue to promote effective collaborative instruction in class by encouraging rich conversation among students.
Teachers should continue to refine assessments.
Creating more student choices and options to demonstrate mastery using asynchronous assessments.
Teachers will continue to work in PLCs to peer-review assessments and feedback to enhance our vertical alignment.
Being an atypical school, we are constantly challenged with and focused on creating opportunities to build community and foster collaboration between students campus-wide.
Teachers will attend professional development opportunities to continue to incorporate restorative practices.
Increase attendance during weekly teacher office hours, PALS tutoring, etc., for struggling students.
