Updated: VAC Online Gallery Exhibit Form: 9 Opportunities
HERE IS HOW IT WORKS. Submit this form  by Wed of each week of the month of April and May to participate. There are 9 opportunities.  Each exhibit will be ONLINE ONLY on Facebook and www.VoorheesArtsCouncil.org. The entry fee is only $5 for EACH exhibit. (4/1: Flowers; 4/8: Pets; 4/15 Children at Play; 4/22: Mother Earth; 4/29 Sun and Moon; Just added: 5/6 Black & White; 5/13 Wildlife; 5/20 Landscape; 5/27 Artist's Choice*). Submit your form, pay $5 fee (each) and send your image via email. The art will be judged by fans on Facebook and there will be prizes given, and we have ADDED the age category of Child: up to 12, Youth 13-18 and Adult entries. The prizes for Adult entries with the MOST LIKES:  1st Place - a $50 Gift Certificate to Amazon, 2nd Place - a $25 Gift Card to Amazon and 3rd Place - Free Entry into Arts on the Boulevard Summer Exhibit ($20 value) AND the Youth and Child with the most LIKES will each win a free private art class with one of our qualified art teachers, as we really want to encourage the budding artists! This new way of awarding prizes has us give back even more to the community.  EACH WEEK! Spend $5 for a chance at $50! ONLY THE FIRST 25 ARTISTS TO SUBMIT A FORM WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.   The weekly prizes for this Online Exhibit are thanks to our Camden County Cultural & Heritage Commission Grant.  All image entries may be used in a collage on social media and note cards for VAC gallery to use as a fundraiser. Note: for (adult) Artists's Choice winners, we will award top prize $50 Gift Card for most liked painting, most liked photograph and most liked "other" (mosaics, wire, pottery, etc) instead of 1st 2nd 3rd overall.

9 THEMED OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE
Submission:  You will submit your art piece based on theme. Rather having to fill out UP TO 9 forms if you participate each week, you can merely fill out as you go, and write "TBD" and then come back to the form by deadline. (each Wednesday). The art can be any format, you will be submitting a photo of the art- whether it is a painting, photograph, sketch, pottery, etc.

MAY 27th: ARTIST CHOICE. Please provide the TITLE of your entry. (put "TBD" if you plan to come back and add this to the submission. You can access the form after submitting)
PROMOTING YOUR IMAGE
Please send a photograph of your art as a jpg attachment to an email to marianne@marianneleone.com by midnight Wednesday of the respective week you are entering so the Voorhees Arts Council can use in online exhibit on social media the week of the that theme and fans can vote for your art. She will confirm receipt.
I understand that there is a nominal fee for each entry of $5 to help VAC defer costs to provide this online exhibit. (VAC will contact you for fee collection with credit card; VAC Gallery Artists may have fee added to future rent) *
I understand that this online exhibit is first come first served and open to the first 25 artists that participate. I also understand that the spirit of this exhibit is to show artwork from local artists and aspiring artists and that VAC has the right to deny inclusion if they feel they exhibit entry does not represent that. *
All image entries may be used in a collage on social media and made into note cards for gallery to use as a fundraiser. I release my image to VAC to use in this manner. *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
