Are you looking to book your next party at the Trussville YMCA? Just fill out the form below & we will have one of our staff reach out to you with availability and booking options! Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. Also, please be aware that holidays and/or weekends may affect response time.

All parties are 2 hours and include a private party room and a helpful Y-Staff member to assist! You will be able to come in 30 minutes prior to the start of your party to set up and be allowed to stay 15 minutes after your party to clean up.

We will provide folding tables, folding chairs, & ice for your guest count. However, we do not provide table clothes, decorations, cups, plates, or plasticware so please feel free to bring your own!.

The Trussville YMCA requires all parties to put a credit card on file. You may pay with cash or by check, however, if additional charges are incurred, your credit card will be charged. The party balance must be paid in full no later than the TUESDAY before the party date. *

After booking my party, I understand that I will receive party agreement. I will read, sign, & return the party agreement and abide by the terms of the agreement.
