The Active Duty POC email will receive payment information and registration confirmation when all MIDN from their unit have been registered.

We have almost reached capacity for this years conference. When we do, we will begin operating on a waitlist registration. You will receive an email if you were placed on the waitlist, otherwise you will receive an invoice.

Midshipmen Dietary Preferences *
We will use this both for meals throughout the event and in choosing midshipmen meals for the keynote dinner. Please email metowsk2@nd.edu with any questions or changes.

Please specify which between Chicken or Pork Belly you would prefer to eat and include any specific dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free, allergies) in the "Other" section if applicable.

Through online payment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, however checks are preferred. Checks can be made payable to the University of Notre Dame and sent to: ATTN LT James Sciretta, 213 Pasquerilla Center, Notre Dame, IN 46556. 

PAYMENT FOR ALL MIDSHIPMEN AND STAFF IS DUE NLT 30 November 2023.

A confirmation email will be sent within 72 business hours of registering with an invoice for payment. The link for online payment can be found at https://nrotc.nd.edu/nlw/registration/ or in your confirmation email.
Transportation Method *
Please indicate how your unit will be getting to the conference. Flights should be into South Bend Airport and there will be parking available for those units driving.

Please send any changes to metowsk2@nd.edu so that we can ensure we have necessary parking passes and accurate accountability transporting midshipmen from the airport.
