Summer Fellows 2024 Application
Chi Alpha at the University of Virginia is a passionately devoted, diverse, missional community of the Spirit building lifelong followers of Jesus. Summer 2024 marks the fifth annual summer fellowship with Chi Alpha at UVA. Summer fellows both learn skills and serve alongside the ministry throughout the summer. Summer fellows will fill in the roles of the Hub Crew over the summer, taking care of the space and organizing social events. They will play an integral role in pulling off Charlottesville Summer Chi Alpha, learning what goes into leading a worship service, as well as facilitating both social events and small groups for the summer community. The fellows are an asset to the ministry as they serve in various projects around the Chi Alpha Campus. Lastly, the fellows will read Christian literature and discuss their findings with a Chi Alpha pastoral staff member throughout the summer. With more than one fellow, fellowship is built into the program as students are serving alongside their peers to make the ministry of Chi Alpha flourish throughout the summer.
