This 7 day challenge is designed to help improve your quality of life as well as the lives of others! Before the start date, participants are required to make a donation of either goods or money to the "Fort Mill Care Center". During the 7 days of this challenge (March 1st-7th) all participants will be given some amazing daily health habits that will have you feeling your best in no time.
Anyone can join, from anywhere in the world; there are no set workouts and no diets to follow!
Before the challenge begins, participants will receive an email with a challenge chart to print. This chart will contain a list of health and happiness goals to achieve each day. In addition, a daily email will be sent out with healthy tips, delicious (and healthy) recipes, and some extra motivation!
All participants will donate to join! If you live locally, I encourage you to donate non-perishable food items or gently used children's books. Drop your goods off on Wednesday, February 24th or Thursday, February 25th from 11-1 at 4513 Shadow Moss Circle (There will be a sign and a large box for donations. Get your kids involved to help pick out items or clean out their bookshelves!)
