Registration for Gamelan 'Try It' Workshops & Northern Ireland Mental Health Arts Festival (NIMHAF)
Fridays: 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st May.
1-2pm

The Try It workshops will be followed by a 4 week beginner course starting on the 7th June.
You can indicate your interest below, but this will be confirmed at a later date.

Additionally, as part of the NI Mental Health Arts Festival, we can now announce:

Chat & Chime
Saturday 11th May 2-4pm

In the style of a Living Library, you will have the opportunity to chat to our 'books,' who all have a disability, about how creativity helps them PAUSE.
The chatting will be followed by a shared gamelan session with all books and readers.

Relaxing Gamelan sessions
Wednesday 15th May 1-2pm
Friday 17th May 4-5pm

The Gamelan serves as a safe space for self-expression and participants often describe the experience of playing it as profoundly relaxing with its resonant sounds aiding in stress reduction and promoting overall well-being.

If you need any further information you can phone our office on 028 9024 0765.

These sessions are free but we would welcome any donations to support our work.
