All Team Change for Kids members are asked to raise a minimum of $2,500 for Change for Kids.  In return, Change for Kids will provide the following:

E-newsletter from Change for Kids with training, fundraising, and nutrition tips

Invitation to a Team Change for Kids Happy Hour for you and a guest

Change for Kids is also happy to provide volunteer opportunities for you and your friends, family, or colleagues at our partner schools across the five boroughs.

It is your responsibility to contact the matching company to ensure the matching gift form will be issued before Friday, October 30, 2020.

If Change for Kids does not receive the matching gift form prior to Sunday, November 1, 2020, the match will not count toward your fundraising minimum.

As a member of Team Change for Kids, we ask that you raise a minimum of $2,500.  Proceeds will support nearly 5,000 students in Change for Kids' partner schools across New York City.

Change for Kids and GoFundMe Charity must have valid credit card information on file to confirm your spot on the team.

In the event that you do not meet your selected donation level by Monday, November 2, 2020, you authorize GoFundMe to charge the balance owed to your credit card.

Upon completing this application form, Change for Kids will contact you with a unique code with which you will register for the race.  You should NOT contact New York Road Runners directly to secure your bib number.

• I know that training for and participating in the TCS New York City Marathon is a potentially hazardous activity. I understand that I should not enter and run unless I am medically able to do so and properly trained. I am voluntarily entering, and I assume all risks associated with training for and running in this event, including injuries during training or racing; falls, spills, contact with vehicles or other participants, the effects of weather, traffic and course conditions, and all other conditions, foreseen or unforeseen, all such risks being understood and accepted by me.

• Having read and understood this waiver, and in consideration of the acceptance by Change for Kids of me as a member of Team Change for Kids, I, for myself and my legal representatives, successors, heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, do hereby waive and release Change for Kids and its officers, directors, agents, employees and other representatives from all present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or in any way connected with my training for or participation in this event.

• I hereby grant permission to Change for Kids to use my name and/or photograph, voice or other likeness in broadcast, telecast, print or any other account of this event for any legitimate purpose.

• I agree to abide by the rules of the TCS New York City Marathon as stated in all official race information.

• I agree to collect a minimum fundraising amount for Change for Kids by Monday, November 2, 2020.  If I have not reached the minimum in sponsorship by that date, I will be personally responsible for the balance owed.

• I agree that if the race cannot be held for any unforeseen circumstance, any funds raised by me will not be refunded.
