FLIP NC has formed a “virtual canvassing” group that longtime volunteers, frequent phone bankers, and folks who are very involved in our Social Voter Program can join. Because these sessions will involve less scripted conversations and personalized follow up, they are for experienced volunteers and are not open to the public.

On Saturdays from 2 to 4 pm and Mondays from 7 to 8:30 pm, we will gather a small group on Zoom to phone bank our “warm contacts” – these are voters we made contact with during a recent FLIP NC phone bank. They were receptive to our work/mission and expressed interest in hearing from us again. In other words, this is a chance to get back in touch with engaged voters and have an even deeper conversation about ways they can help secure a victory for the Democratic candidate in their super competitive legislative district. These are folks who live in our target districts and have the ability to reach voters we can’t reach any other way. This program is about making sure they have all the information they need to do just that.
