We're so glad you wish to meet with fellow students and improve your mental wellbeing, self-awareness and emotional resilience in a safe, supportive environment. These peer support groups provide the opportunity to relate with students on a similar journey, share experiences, receive support, consider healthy coping strategies and exercises over a 12 week period.
We aim to have 6 students in each group plus 2 fellow students facilitating. Your group will meet once a week for an hour either in person or virtually. You'll be given practical resources and tips throughout the course. Please fill in the form below so we can better understand you and your needs, and allocate the most suitable group for you.
All of the sensitive information you provide will remain confidential and only be used for the purpose of contacting you / finding a group we feel would most suit your needs, or for safeguarding purposes if we believe your welfare is at risk. It is right to be careful with sharing your personal information but when you give information about your age, degree, challenges, gender identity, etc. on this form, you can be sure that it will only be used to allocate you to the most suitable peer group and to make our 12-week course and resources better by establishing an evidence base for activities, policies and practice. By improving the declaration rates of diversity information, we can make better decisions to support all students. Changes need data after all! Please feel free to contact us (
info@hashtagme.com) if you have any further questions.
We'll be in touch as soon as possible with further information about your allocated peer group.
*** The form will take you around 10-15 minutes to fill in but you'll be pleased to know it's the only one you'll need to do until the very end of the course! ***
