Parent and Tot Registration Form 2022
Join the Municipality of Shelburne's Recreation and Parks Department at one (or all) of our parent and tot activities this summer. Each session will have themed games, crafts and activity stations designed for kids ages 3-5, who are currently enrolled in Pre-Primary this year (2021-2022) or who have not attended school yet. Other siblings are welcome to attend, but please include them below so we have accurate numbers. A parent/guardian is required to attend each activity.  All parent and tot activities are free.
