Mongabay Webinar Series: Pangolin Trafficking
We launch our webinar series in 2025 with How to Cover Pangolin Trafficking

This Mongabay webinar will focus on how journalists can cover the illegal wildlife trade of pangolins. This heavily trafficked mammal is the only one in the world with true scales. Some estimates say pangolins are the most trafficked wild mammals on the planet. All eight species have been driven to the brink by demand for their scales, which are falsely believed to have medicinal properties.

The discussion will be broadcast live on Mongabay's YouTube Channel and LinkedIn account. We highly recommend following us on either platform.
