We are identifying, recognizing and celebrating the achievements of both companies and people who are excelling at getting ahead of the future. In other parlance, you might call them leaders, innovators, change agents, movers & shakers, in our world - we call them Futureproofers.

There are 17 different categories of organizational awards and 3 categories of individual awards outlined in each submission.

We have provided space for three (3) nominations below and have provided room to fill in:  the name of the organization or person, the type of nomination, the category of award and rationale for nomination.

We will keep this nomination form open until the end of May and final awards will be granted on June 22nd, 2022.
