RULES AND REGULATIONS

- Hardeman's Got Talent is limited to Hardeman County residents only.

- Limited to the First 30 PAID Entries.

- Duets/Groups only need to register once.

- Contestant is responsible for providing his/her own music/materials/instruments.

- Media files can be sent to arts@hcactn.org.

- Explicit language is prohibited and will disqualify contestants.

- Contestants must arrive one hour prior to the contest on October 7 to be placed in a line-up.

- Contestants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

- The HCAC reserves the right to refuse entry to registrants who we cannot verify their address.

- The HCAC reserves the right to refuse entry to registrants deemed to be professional.


By submitting this entry form I, the contestant, hereby release and hold harmless the Hardeman County Arts Council and any other individuals associated with this event from any injuries or losses which may occur during the contest. I accept full responsibility for my child and his/her actions/behaviors at all times. I am aware that photographs taken may be used for publicity and I expressly grant my consent. I understand the Judges' decisions are final and shall not be disputed. I have read the contest rules, and understand that the violations of the rules means that I or my child may be disqualified from the competition.
