RULES
- Born in 1981 or earlier = Over 40
- Born in 1982 or later = Under 40

WAIVER
By registering for the Thunder Beach over under 40 Softball, you are registering to play or participate at your own risk. Without limitation, this includes any risks posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and any injury incurred through participation. You further acknowledge the risks to personal health through participating and despite these risks, agree fully and voluntarily to assume all responsibility for any and all risks of personal injury, illness, death, or loss caused or arising out participation. You agree that the organizers, the Thunder Beach Association (including all volunteers, officers, and directors), the property owners, other participants, or any other related parties will not be liable or responsible under any circumstances, including any instances of negligence or breach of a statutory duty of care and all such claims are voluntarily waived.
