Who are we?
Her Time Romania is the first Romanian NGO that aims to address gender inequality in the workplace by offering young women access to leadership and networking opportunities. Established in 2020, "Her Time Romania" has organized over 10 projects and events, such as "Her Webinars," "Her Network," and "Her Business," with the intention of empowering women to reach their true potential. Throughout the years, our community has grown immensely and now brings together over 15.000 followers, friends, and supporters.
