愛瑜家 提供了 一些簡單的建議,讓每個課堂可在輕鬆愉快 &無壓力的情況下進行

請上課前 10分鐘到達館內, 以作準備(務必準時)館內不可以拍照自備毛巾以免影響練習質素, 上課前請將您的手機關掉! 聲響(或振動)可破壞你的注意力和影響其他人。請將電子產品,電話及個人物品放個人儲物櫃。穿著舒適的衣服,例如背心、運動胸衣、緊身T恤、瑜伽褲或功能運動褲等。我們建議你在上課前1-2小時不要進食,因為吃飽練習轉腰、彎腰和倒轉式子,或會讓你感到不適。如果你感到餓,可吃一點小食,例如生果和餅乾。

請自備毛巾

1. 月經
你可如常練習,但要避免一些式子,例如倒轉、強烈的後彎腰、轉腰和腹部練習。在課堂開始前讓老師了解你的情況,他們會為你建議別的式子。

2. 傷患與疾病
在開始練習瑜伽前,請先徵詢醫生的意見。如果你適合練習瑜伽,讓老師了解你的情況,以便他們為你提供合適的協助。 如你不幸因嚴重病患而不能練習,可帶同醫生證明書,向我們的職員申請暫停套票延長期。

3. 懷孕
適度的運動對母嬰的健康,均有不少好處。一般而言,母親可在懷孕13-14週繼續練習。請先徵詢醫生的意見,並告知老師你的情況。 你可考慮參加我們特別設計的產前瑜伽班,以助你生產時更順利,並有利嬰兒的發展。
