Please do not start packing up for the day until 1 pm. The show runs from 7 am - 1 pm Saturday, October 23, 2021 with time for take down after. *

We will not be obtaining permits for food. Permit must be shown prior to setting up at the event. Permits are available through the City of Alvin. *

I understand that by checking this box I will agree to the following conditions: Tables, chairs, and linens not provided by Alvin HOPE Charities, First Presbyterian Church, their volunteers or employees. You are responsible for your own set up. Your space is 12x12 ft and your entire set up must fit inside that space. Your canopy, if applicable, must be secured as per City of Alvin's Fire Marshal's Rules and Regulations, available through the City.   *

No specific amount of traffic or sales can be guaranteed. *

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Foul language, rudeness to patrons or volunteers, or inappropriate behavior will be grounds for removal from the event and the property. Vendors who are removed from the event for violating the rules of this agreement will forfeit any booth fees paid. *
