Form:  Please indicate what time you will be picking up your instrument on Monday, August 31.  

Procedure:  When you arrive at the high school, you will park in the staff parking lot (by the music rooms) at the North Campus of CHS.  You will be required to wear a mask before joining a socially distanced line to enter the building.  The line will form by the band door, through the gates between the North/South Campus.  When you have made it to the front of the line and it is your turn to enter (1 person at a time), you will walk through the band room to the instrument room (or through the instrument room to the Orchestra room), get your instrument, and return as efficiently as possible.  

Rules:  You will be required to wear a mask before approaching the building.  Once you have obtained your instrument, you must return to your vehicle and leave CHS.  This will not be a social opportunity and you will not have access to any other parts of the building.
