CSSS Resilience Award
Resilience: the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.

Carleton University students are exposed to a number of challenges during their undergraduate career, from navigating the transition to university, to challenging upper year courses, managing a number of commitments, and other personal issues. The CSSS Resilience Award recognizes the challenges that undergraduate students go through and what they learn along the way. The recipient of the CSSS Resilience Award will be given $850. The deadline for submission for the CSSS Resilience Award is February 8, 2021 and finalists will be notified on March 1, 2021.

Finalists will be asked to interview and share their experience with the CSSS's VP Academic (Abhi Kurusetty) and Awards Officer (Alexandra Schroeder).
