Please fill out all of the fields below. If we do not have pre-registration information, you will have to stand in line to have your ID run through our system. *Please note that you will be required to leave your ID with us for the duration of your visit.

Grandparents' Day lunch is EITHER:
Tuesday, November 9th   or
Wednesday, November 10th

Grandparents may enter during lunch times. The bookfair will be open for shopping as well. Masks are encouraged.

Lunch times are as follows:
Pre-K-                               10:30-11:00
Kindergarten-                  10:45-11:15
Second Grade-                11:00-11:30
Fourth Grade-                  11:20-11:50
First Grade-                      11:35-12:05
Third Grade-                     11:55-12:25

In order to make room for all of our guests, please only attend Grandparents' Day ONE day.

*Please note that you only need to fill out ONE ENTRY for all of your students. Just list all their names and grades below.
