Frontier City/Heartland Music Festival Sign-Up

This year's 6th grade band will have the opportunity to travel to OKC on Saturday, May 11th 2024 to perform in the Heartland Music Festival, followed by a fun afternoon at Frontier City! This year's price of $55 will include the Frontier City ticket and a meal ticket in the park. The performance time and venue are TBD. More information will be sent out as soon as a time/venue are updated.

Full amount of $55 (for students and chaperones) will be due in full by Monday, May 6th 2024. Check or cash can be brought with your student to school or dropped off in the front office.

This is NOT a required event. Only fill out this form if you plan to attend Frontier City this day. We will need 10 Parent Chaperones for this trip. Please fill out separate forms for students and chaperones. Email me at kmccormick@ipcisd.net if you are interested in chaperoning with us this year!
