OWIFA Intent to Host Form 
This form needs to be filled out for your school to be considered a host location during the OWIFA regular seasons. 

Our goal is to collaborate with the schools interested in hosting. Your club or team would be responsible in supporting the following:
  1. Reduced rates on booking of fields through the club/team
  2. Promoting the event on campus and through social media channels
  3. Setting up fields on game day with our team
  4. Meet with our group 1-2 times before the event to plan with your schools administration
OWIFA will be responsible for the following:
  1. Registration and Costs
  2. Scheduling
  3. Hiring of officials, media, and athletic therapy
  4. Game day logistical staff (sign-ins, field scores, volunteers)
  5. General social media 
  6. Updating and recording scores

This form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

****To be eligible to host an upcoming OWIFA tournament in the Fall, Winter, or Spring, the form must be completed by March 15th prior to the intended season.
