Program Description

Students who attend Chariho Credit Recovery will have the opportunity to recover credits lost due to failure for courses attempted at Chariho High School.  This on-line instructional program is based on national academic standards.

Grading

* For students attending Chariho Regional High School who complete a Chariho Credit Recovery course and achieve a failing quarterly grade, final quarterly course grades will be computed by averaging the quarterly grade achieved during the regular school day course with the Credit Recovery quarterly grade. Students may avail themselves of this opportunity to recover a quarterly course grade for up to one year from the date of issuance of the failing grade.

Examples

Modern World History – Quarter grade = 60
Credit Recovery grade = 93
60 + 93 = 153 divided by 2 = 76.5
Modern World History – Quarter grade = 53
Credit Recovery grade = 86
53 + 86 = 139 divided by 2 = 69.5

2021-2022 School Year all fees are waived
