Bexhill Academy Registration Form for a Nursery Place

At Bexhill Academy, we offer 15 hour Nursery places and 30 hour Nursery places. For families who are not entitled to the 30 hour funding, we also sometimes have the option to offer paid extended places where you can pay for extra sessions in addition to the 15 hour entitlement.

Please complete this form if you would like to register your interest in a place for your child.

Please note we will need to see your child's birth certificate and proof of your address, e.g. a utility bill, before your child can start. Therefore you will be asked to show this at home visit or your initial visit to the 2 year old provision.
