An EMAIL will be sent a week before the show with load-in instructions, times, and a map with your booth placement. Please provide an EMAIL address that you actually check so that you will receive all updates. If you do not receive our email, please double check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us.
Please do not contact us on social media, as we frequently miss important messages due to the high volume of messages and spam.
Immediately after submitting this application, a copy of it and your responses will automatically be sent to your EMAIL. This message will be sent from Google forms, so check your spam folder!
PLEASE RETAIN THE APPLICATION RECEIPT EMAIL, as it will answer many FAQ's that overwhelm our inbox as the show date nears.

All applications will be screened prior to approval. Please complete all fields accurately to prevent delays in receiving a response. If you have questions, please contact us prior to completing the application.
PLEASE ALLOW up to 7 business days for application processing (Mon-Fri - weekends do not count).
- If you are an illustrator, writer, or handmade crafter selling your own creations, you may apply for Artist Alley.
- If you are selling ANY commercially produced merchandise (with the exception of self-published comics/books or comics/books you worked on), you MUST apply for a Vendor booth.
- Artists or crafters that need a 10X10 or larger space may apply for a Vendor booth
Items sold should be fitting for the theme and crowd of MCX.
MCX reserves the right to reject a vendor application for any reason at our discretion.
Vendors are not to sublet space at their booth.
Lost badges will incur a $35 per badge replacement fee. No exceptions.
VIP ticket holders have first access to MCX Guest Creators beginning at 9:30am each day. Vendors and Artist Alley Exhibitors are not allowed to line up for guest creators prior to the show officially opening at 10am. Do not approach MCX Guest Creators regarding commissions, autographs, photos, purchases, career advice, networking, etc. during load-in or prior to10:00am.
Failure to comply with any of the above points will result in booth(s) being removed immediately from the current show without refund and denied application for future events.

Exact booth placement is not guaranteed and we are unable to take requests. We receive dozens of messages from exhibitors asking to be placed in the "best spot" and we try to make sure everyone is placed in an area that will be suitable for the items being sold. Due to the high volume of requests to place a vendor "next to their friend, etc", please note that we will not be able to fill those type of requests.
Vendors are allowed to have guest artists/writers at their booth; however, guest creators will not be listed on the ARTIST ALLEY page of the MCX website unless they have also purchased a table in Artist Alley. Guest creators MUST BE APPROVED by MCX. Please include their name in your application.
INLINE VENDOR BOOTH$375 each includes:
- One 10X10 space
- One 8 foot table
- Two folding chairs
- Two Vendor badges (children 12 and under admitted free with adult supervision)***
CORNER VENDOR BOOTH -
Limited quantity available, first come, first served. If corner booths are sold out when your application is processed, you will be contacted and offered an inline booth instead.$475 each includes:
- One 10X10 space situated at the end/corner of an aisle with exposure on two sides.
- Two 8 foot tables
- Two folding chairs
- Two Vendor badges (children 12 and under admitted free with adult supervision)***
***Artist Alley badges are provided for table workers only and must be worn at all times during show hours. Badges must not be given, traded, or sold to others. Failure to comply will result in your table(s) being removed immediately from the current show without refund and denied application for future events.***

UNPAID APPLICATIONS WILL BE DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM IF NOT PAID WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not pay, you must re-submit your application and will lose your place in line. Booths will not be held while you re-submit.
Vendor booth cancellations will NOT be refunded once payment is received.
