Slauson Middle School is excited to announce our athletic options for Season 2!

Please use this link to register for any of the following athletic sports or clubs. This form is due no later than Friday, November 10th

Athletics: (Requires Physical 7th and 8th Grade Girls Basketball, Wrestling and Synchronized Swimming)
6th Grade Girl's Basketball (Begins Monday, November 20th)
7th Grade Girl's Basketball (Begins Monday, November 13th)
8th Grade Girl's Basketball (Begins Monday, November 13th)

All Grades Synchronized Swimming (Begins Monday, November 13th)

All Grades Wrestling (Begins Monday, November 13th)

You will need a physical (on file) and Pay to Play fee completed before you are able to participate in Basketball (excluding 6th grade Basketball for PTP) this season. Please check the appropriate boxes below to verify this for me.

You will not be able to participate in a club if you are on a team sport (basketball). There will be a conflict of times/days on this (excluding 6th girls basketball)
