Steamy Nights is a fundraiser for The Hill Arts. Vivid Motion Dance coordinates this annual burlesque show which features group pieces from Vivid Motion, as well as solos, duets, and small group dances from our community as well as guest performers from Maine's burlesque community.

• We believe that sexy comes in all sizes, adult ages, genders, and skill levels.
• We think that consent onstage & off is sexy.
  
• Each dance has different levels of humor and seduction.
• We do not show full nudity onstage. 
• Dancers can stay fully clothed, perform in lingerie/sexy outfits, or strip down to undergarments and/or pasties. 

Casting for Steamy Nights: There will be no formal audition process for dancers; simply fill out this form and if your schedule works, you are dancing. Choreographers will be given a list of interested dancers to choose from. Final casting is at the discretion of the show directors. Although we try our best to place people, not everyone who submits a dancer interest form will be cast if their schedule is limited. Availability is very important, as this will be a quick rehearsal process and short show.

Rehearsal Time: Availability in the main hall at the Grange is limited and will be reserved for group dances. Time on the lower level may be available for small groups, solos etc. Some choreographers may also choose to find their own rehearsal space. When you are notified of your casting, it will indicate any off-site rehearsals.

Due by: All dancer forms are due by 12:00pm, Friday May 17. You will be notified of your casting by May 31, 2024.
