DrugViu is a health tech start-up aiming to diversify healthcare & help patients better manage their autoimmune disease. The Healthcare College Ambassador Program aims to utilize undergraduate students as facilitators to spread the message of DrugViu, the importance of diversity in clinical trial research, and awareness of autoimmune diseases.

We ask you to rank the applicant on the following criteria with a score of 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. For example, an applicant with a High Growth Mindset would be an individual that is adaptable and eager to learn would be a score of 5 while a score of 1 would be an individual who is set on their own ways.
