I understand that resin has its risks to my personal property. Personal property refers to anything that the customer supplies the artist, Romy Theisen, owner of Imperfect Clay Co., to use in the customer's commissioned art piece. Art piece refers to anything that the artist creates for the customer. While it is unlikely, it is possible for my personal property to get damaged in various ways. My personal property can decay in resin, crack in resin, lose its color in resin, and more. This can happen during the process or years later. I will not hold Imperfect Clay Co. (located at 11 Lower Newton Street. Saint Albans, VT.) and owner Romy Theisen liable to any damages to my personal property. In selecting "I agree," I agree to the above statement.

I understand that art is subjective and commissioned pieces are non-refundable. Imperfect Clay Co. and owner Romy Theisen will work with you to create a piece that you love. In the rare case that you do not love the finished product, Imperfect Clay Co. is not responsible for refunding you.

I understand that all artwork has it's lifespan. Romy Theisen owner of Imperfect Clay Co. cannot guarantee how long your commissioned art piece will last. "Last" refers to, but is not limited to, lasting in function, appearance, and stability.
