CHS Steel is extremely excited to be hosting our 2nd annual "Learn to Play Pan" Camp!

Any students who are currently in 7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th grade (as of the 2021-2022 school year) are invited to participate in this camp. Priority will be given to those zoned for Catonsville High School.

Most of the members of CHS Steel play instruments other than percussion. Students DO NOT need to be percussionists to participate! Naturally, students who are able to read music will have an advantage to learning pan, but you do NOT need to know how to read music to attend the camp.

The camp will be held at Catonsville High School. Sessions will run from 1:00 - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, July 18 - 22. The "Learn to Play Pan" Camp will present a concert along with other bands from our camps on Friday, July 22nd, at 6:00 PM.

There is no cost to participate in the camp!

For our planning purposes, please complete this interest form so we can start preparing for the camp. Filling out this form is only indicating interest. An official registration form will be sent to anyone who has expressed interest on Friday, June 10. Space will most likely be limited due to the number of instruments available.
