Loteria Fest is hosting the event at Cuauhtemoc Hall in San Marcos, TX. This event is to share our rich Mexican culture by sharing the traditional game of Loteria, food, artists/crafters and non-profit organizations as resources for the community.

Your sponsorship, helps us to support and complete our mission to create an annual community wide gathering and family-friendly event that celebrates the rich and diverse Mexican culture, showcases local works of art, and provides economic opportunities for local artists/artisans/crafters and community based organizations.

Event Timing: SATURDAY- NOVEMBER 11th, 2023 10AM to 5PM

SET-UP TIME: 8AM- 9:45AM (YOU MUST BE SETUP BEFORE DOORS OPEN)

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: *

EL MUNDO LEVEL- $3000 or more Company or individuals will be given a full page ad in program and included in all marketing for the 2023 LoteriaFest. (ie: Flyers, forms, marketing, sponsor banner and event program) El Mundo level sponsor will have the opportunity to be guest speaker at 2023 Loteria Fest, and will be given 10 VIP Loteria Lounge Badges and 10 admission tickets to enter the event. This level sponsorship will be recognized as company or organization that supports local community, artisans, cultures, educational and family friendly events. El Mundo will have VIP Loteria Lounge with finger foods and fiesta bags.

LA CHALUPA LEVEL- $1500; Company or individual will be given half page ad and included on marketing materials as event sponsor. Included in event program and listed on sponsor banner. Company or individuals will be recognized as sponsors and given 15 general admission entry tickets for the event. This level sponsorship will be recognized as company or organization that supports local community, artisans, cultural, educational and family friendly events.

EL GALLO LEVEL- $500; Company or individual level will be given 1/4 page ad and included in event program. Company or individuals will be recognized and given 10 general admission entry tickets for the event. This level sponsorship will be recognized as company or organization that supports local community, artisans, cultural, educational and family friendly events. small business card ad. This level sponsorship will be recognized as company or organization that supports local community, artisans, cultural, educational and family friendly events.

LA ROSA LEVEL- $250; Company or individual level given listed on our LoteriaFest.com website and given 4 tickets for the event.

LA SIRENA- $150; This level sponsorship will be recognized as company or organization that supports local community, artisans, cultural, educational, and family friendly events. And is recognized as a friend in the event program.

Once a sponsorship level is chosen you will be emailed an electronic invoice that can be paid by credit card or you can mail in a check, or make other arrangements.
