CRYO ry:n 23.8.2019 rekisteröityjen sääntöjen mukaan sekä vuosijäseniltä että ainaisjäseniltä voidaan peliä jäsenmaksu. Oulun yliopiston roolipelikerho CRYO ry:n 2.9.2019 yleiskokouksessa päätettiin ainaisjäsenten jäsenmaksun vuonna 2020 olevan 0e JA ilmoitus aktiivisuudesta. Vuosijäsenten jäsenmaksu vuonna 2020 on 5e.

Tällä lomakkeella CRYO ry:n ainaisjäsen voi ilmoittaa olevansa edelleen aktiivinen järjestön jäsen. Tulevina vuosina hallitus voi erottaa jäsenet jotka eivät ole maksaneen aikaisempia vuosina jäsenmaksua.

Ilmoituksen yhteydessä voi päivittää jäsentiedot, mikäli ne ovat pääseet vanhenemaan. Kyselyssä kerättyjä tietoja käytetään CRYO ry:n jäsenrekisterin päivittämiseen. Jäsenrekisteri on hallituksen valitseman jäsenvastaavan hallussa.

CRYO kerää jäsentensä nimi- ja sähköpostitiedot, jotta järjestö voi tiedottaa sinulle ajankohtaisista asioistamme. Kysymme OYY:n jäsenyydestäsi ja kotipaikkakunnastasi, sillä tarvitsemme näitä tietoja avustushakemusten tekemiseen. Jos haluat tietää, mitä tietoja CRYO on kerännyt sinusta tai että jäsentietosi poistetaan, voit ottaa yhteyttä jäsenvastaavaan osoitteessa jasenvastaava@cryo.fi. Voit erota järjestöstä milloin vain lähettämällä kirjallisen eroilmoituksen CRYOn hallitukselle.

According to the rules of CRYO ry registered on 23.8.2019, CRYO can collect membersip fee from both yearly members and lifetime members. CRYO ry decided on 2.9.2020 the 2020 membership fee for lifetime members to be 0e and a notification of their willingess to stay as an active member.

With this form, you lifetime members of CRYO ry can give notification of their willingess to stay as an active member. The board of CRYO ry is allowed to expel members who have failed to pay their membership fee.

At the same with the notification, members can update their personal information in the membership registry. The information asked in this survey will only be used to update the register, which is guarded by a person chosen by our board.

We collect our members' names and email addresses so we can inform you about our activities and important news. We ask about your OYY membership status and Place of Residence, because this information is needed for grant applications. If you want to know what information CRYO knows about you or to have your personal information deleted, please contact us at jasenvastaava@cryo.fi. You can, at any time, leave CRYO by sending a written notice to our board.
