Please use this form to register your ECA choices for Term 1.
ECAs will begin at 15:10 and run until 16:00 from Monday to Thursday.
If you are present in school during these times then you MUST participate in an ECA.
ECAs are not compulsory, however, if you opt not to take part on any particular day then you must be picked up by a parent or guardian at 15:00.
Please ensure that you choose a different ECA as your 1st and 2nd options.
You may only fill the form in once. If you change your mind, please speak to your form teacher as soon as possible.
ECA spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Please select a first and second choice for each day.
