S/WAPLA Conference Sponsorships
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2025 joint conference.  We are excited to host you in Colorado and appreciate your support!  After considering the following options, please complete this form. 3L Platinum Sponsorship Package - $3000.00 (no-longer available) 

  • Sponsor opening night reception – including signage and time to address receptions and provide welcome 
  • Full page (8 ½” x 11”) color ad in the Conference Program (portrait orientation) 
  • Listed as “3L Platinum Sponsor” in the Conference Program 
  • 2 Conference Registration
  • Option to "table" before and after Friday lunch. 

2L Gold Sponsorship Package -$1,500.00 (2 packages available) 

  • Sponsor lunch (Friday), including verbal acknowledgment at the meeting
  • Sponsor boxed lunches (during annual meetings on Saturday), including verbal acknowledgment at the meeting 
  • Full page (8 ½” x 11”) color ad in the Conference Program (portrait orientation)
  • Listed as “2L Gold Sponsor” in the Conference Program
  • 1 Conference Registration
  • Option to "table" before and after Friday lunch. 

1L Silver Sponsorship Package - $1,000.00 (for-profit companies); $750 (public entities or non-profit 501(C) to qualify) (unlimited packages)

  • Snack breaks and on-site transportation with recognition where applicable  
  • Half-page (8 ½” x 5 ½ “) color ad in Conference Program (landscape orientation) 
  • Listed as “1L Silver Sponsor” in the Conference Program 
  • 1 Conference Registration
  • Option to "table" before and after Friday lunch.
