Agile4ADHD is effective, lightweight, adaptive, and - most importantly - sustainable method for navigating life and work with ADHD. It requires no special tools or software, and you can adapt it to suit your individual preferences and needs. By the end of this program, you will not only have a methodology for maximizing your productivity, but essential training in Scrum - one of the most effective techniques in the world for pursuing goals successfully despite changing circumstances, uncertainty, and interruptions.
This 7-Week group consists of 7 consecutive 1-hour Zoom meetings in a group setting, with about 1 hour of additional offline "homework" (details below) between classes.
Key Transformative Benefits:- Improved Forecasting and Estimation - Better performance prediction for designing your plans and timelines

- Adaptive Methodology - Increased flexibility to seamlessly adjust to changing workplace circumstances
- Memory-Friendly Techniques - Specialized strategies that accommodate the limited working memory common in attention-challenged neurotypes
- Lifelong Professional Toolkit - Agile's resilient, adaptive approach for navigating uncertainty and change has MANY other applications. The skills taught in this class will continue to provide value for the rest of your life.
Learn by Doing: My Unique ApproachLike exercise or meditation, Scrum is
simple (anyone can learn the basics in about ten minutes) but not
easy. Each person has their own strengths, weaknesses, and objectives. Therefore, each person's solution will be as singular as their fingerprint.
As stated
on my website, my approach is direct, practical, and action-oriented. This means that lessons are brief (no long, boring lectures) and focus on applying the concepts of each week's instruction to your particular situation.
I have observed (both in myself and my clients) that people learn by doing.
Most programs require you to study complex theories and master abstract concepts before you can start to see results. I think this is backwards: learning cycles need to be short, and the skills immediately useful. So I designed this program for application what I teach immediately. You should expect to see real-world improvements from day one, build confidence through practical experience, and transform your worklife in real-time.
That's why the cohort is so small, and why I charge as much as I do.
