1st Semester August 2022 - February 2023 Enrolment Process for External Children wanting to take part in Extra Curricular Activities at Tandem IMS    
If you would like to book an After School Club (ASC) or a Holiday Camp for your child and your child is not already enrolled in one of Tandem’s Early Years, Pre-School, Kindergarten or Primary school classes, you will have to complete the below enrolment form so that we have all necessary information about your child.

 By completing this form, parents:
a. understand that a one-time, non-refundable ECA enrolment fee of 30 CHF will be charged on the first invoice.
b. abide by the policy to promptly inform the school office of any change of address, telephone number, E-Mail, billing address and child custody for the duration of any service booked until the service is complete & the invoice(s) for the service are paid in full.
c.understand that Tandem IMS is committed to conscientious and confidential handling of all data entrusted to it. Parents are also bound to confidentiality with regard to any personal information of staff members or other children.
d.understand that invoices are sent after every quarter including all fees for the past quarter (Aug-Oct, Nov-Jan, Feb-Apr, May-Jul)

After school clubs will start from the week beginning 29th August 2022 (the second week into the school year)

If you have chosen a music lesson from the options above, please state your preferred times for the lesson to take place. Lessons usually run from 16:00-18:00 after school.  Please note that this is a 'wish' and cannot be taken as a confirmation. Beth Hill will contact you to confirm the lesson time.
Trials of a club or music lesson are available on request. There is one trial available per club/ music lesson. If a club or music lesson is fully booked then trials cannot take place.
